A writer of Creative Fiction, Screenplays, and Short Stories. I have won a number of accolades for my writing: First Prize in a New York Screenwriting Contest for Adventure for an original screenplay; Quarter Finalist in the 16th Annual Writer's Network Screenplay and Fiction Competition for an original short story; and, Honorable Mention for songwriting for an original poem about 57th Street, NYC.
Tolstoy said that good writing should be infectious. James Baldwin said: "If there is no moral question, there is no reason to write; a writer should write in order to change the world; and, beyond talent lie, most of all, endurance".
Writing is hard, not writing is even harder - finding the time and money to focus on writing is almost impossible, still, I continue to work on writing stories that infect the reader and change the world, soldiering on with diligence and rewriting until I produce infectious stories imbued with truth and moral questions.
