Visual artist turned screenwriter, I traded brushes for screenwriting software and began painting pictures with words. In 2008, I was a Nicholl Fellowships Finalist for WWI script, The Greater Glory. In 2010, my thriller, The Restoration, was optioned by Cook Street Productions. My award winning short, Edwin and Maudey, was filmed in 2012 with award winning director Mischa Webley. Now a writer for hire, I adapted Captain For Dark Mornings from book to screen for LA Director Scott McCullough. In October, 2013, I was chosen by Insurrection Films LLC to adapt Odette, a true WWII spy story, into a feature script. Finally in May, 2014, I signed with an LA producer to write a horror script. In addition, I lead workshops, teach screenwriting to middle schoolers, brew beer and love to travel.
