A brave, lonely and sweet young clown outcast must overcome several complex obstacles in his life in order to fit in with the rest of society and to win the girl of his dreams.

SYNOPSIS:

Chuckles the Clown has always been an outcast in the normal world. He has never been able to quite fit in with society and struggles to be the best that he could possibly be. Throughout his life, he has always encountered several obstacles, including a very menacing high school bully who thinks of Chuckles nothing more than an outrage to society. Chuckles is willing to prove that he has all that it takes to be a hero to the neighborhood as well as the girl of his dreams.
