Jack Hunter was born in Louisiana and has loved music all his life. His family has a history of musical talent. His grandfather was featured on the Ed Sullivan Show as a young teenager.
Jack was influenced by several artists while growing up. After his first concert he went to, he realized that he wanted to be a country artist. And that concert was the famous and talented, Garth Brooks.
After graduating high school, Jack went to Bible college to become a Youth Pastor. After finding out that being a Youth Pastor wasn't what he wanted to do for the rest of his life, he joined the Navy. While being in the service, Jack had the chance to sing for several military functions. He also signed a Music "deal" with a music company in San Diego, but has since been dropped from the label due to disagreements with his contract.
Since getting dropped, he picked up a talent manager, named Matt Stanley, in Las Vegas. He has helped Jack out in ways that no one would ever imagine. With signing a manger to artist contract, Jack has been introduced to several people in the music industry including, Robin Jones "RJ" . He has recorded with the "big dogs" of the music entertainment industry. He co-wrote and recorded the hit song from the movie ,Bullworth ,called ," Ghetto Superstar". He has also worked with the late musician , Michael Jackson, Prince, Janet Jackson, Mya, the late ODB and Pras.
As of 2012, Jack is working with Game Star Records and is currently working on his first time ever Mini-Ep, which will hit iTunes in the late Spring.
Jack Hunter is a "Jack of All Trades"; Recently, Jack has been casts in several movies as a supporting actor such as "Nitwitches" produced by the film company indieSOS and also stars in the short film "The Warehouse" produced and financed by FOXX PICTURES. He has also been cast in a new movie called, "Duped". He has also been featured in several Louisiana based independent movies with the company he helped form, P-Con Productions.
Along with singing and acting, Jack has several talents that the world has yet to see, and only time will tell where his path will lead.
