When domestic terrorists cripple Wisconsin’s power grid, utility workers battle to restore electricity as a disgraced FBI agent and his partner race against time to hunt down the ruthless attackers.
SYNOPSIS:
We first meet our protagonist FBI Senior Special Agent Eddie (“The Falcon”) Wroczynski (early 40’s), during a stakeout with his partner Dan (“The Man”) DiPietro (late 20’s) in Brooklyn NY. Eddie and Dan-The-Man are tasked with bringing in some affiliates from Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) who were planning an attack on America’s power grid just before Covid19 was declared a world pandemic.
Their attempt to bring in the Russians goes south, and Dan-The-Man is killed during a shootout, leaving his pregnant wife Beverly (mid-20’s) a widow.
Accused of operating as a “rogue” agent by the FBI’s Special Affairs Division, the death of brick-agent DiPietro is pinned to the Falcon’s lack of oversight for not properly coordinating backup that evening. This violation gets senior brick-agent Wroczynski demoted and transferred to “fuckin’ Milwaukee!”
Fast forward a couple of years later, when a well-coordinated domestic terrorist attack occurs on the primary control center and critical substations of the (Fictional Company): Wisconsin Power & Gas (WP&G). This attack results in the death several WP&G employees, while shutting down a large sector of the State’s power-grid, including the city of Milwaukee and state capital of Madison.
Think DIRTY HARRY mixed with THE CHINA SYNDROME meets THE ORDER.
