It's 1972 in Las Vegas, and washed up Detective William "Bill" Borofsky begins to
battle his own personal demons and also conduct his own unofficial investigation into a
series of suspicous homicides targetting various "suspected" members of organized
crime who operate within the city. Detective Borofsky's persistance to uncover the truth
unexpectedly opens a deep wound that peers into the seedy underbelly of "Sin City".
