Simon Bugg

"Simon has performed a wide variety of roles with over 15 years experience in Theatre, Film and Audio, having studied acting at the University of Cumbria.

You can hear Simon voicing several characters in the award winning Sonic Movie "The Minister of Chance" (2013 Parsec award Winner of "Best Speculative Fiction Audio Drama (Short Form)" Shortlisted for the 2013 BBC "Best Online only Audio Drama" award). Simon can also be seen in the "Minister of Chance" film prologue alongside Paul McGann and Tim McInnerny.

Recent theatre credits include PVT Gately in James McLure's "Pvt. Wars" at the 2014 Edinburgh fringe, Ben in Harold Pinter's "Dumb waiter" & Banquo in "Macbeth".

It has been a busy start to 2015 for Simon, starring in 3 short films, as well as working to complete his first produced short film "Justice", co-created with The theatre space creative director Richard Oliver in association with Toasted Media."
