Born in Terlizzi, a very small town in Southern Italy, Serena started her acting career at the age of 14 when she started working and touring with the Bari-based theatre company “A Più Voci” directed by Paola Martelli with several theatre performances where she was able to show her versatility both in comedy and drama gaining local and national visibility. While pursuing her passion for acting, she graduated in Interpreting and Translating in English and German. A very versatile actress both in comedy and drama, Serena has never stopped working as an actress both in theatre and film between Italy and the USA. In 2014 she moved to Los Angeles to work on her craft as a Method actress at the prestigious The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute where she has been awarded with the maximum amount of scholarships.
