Experienced and skilled in particular areas of marketing and copyrights. At the start of 90ties I gained experience for about 10 years in Advertising. Not only in Goods and Service, but also as Marketing Manager.

Gradually I realised, that I`m also interested, as they say "to read between the lines". So I got into my ALMA MATER - Latvian University Faculty of Law.

Life accidently gave me the opportunity to work with issues of Privatisation - I gained valuable experience in Local and National bodies. Sequentially also learnt in-depth Studies of State-and-Citizens relationships, as in Public Administration Studies in Latvian University Economics and Management Faculty.

Over the years in my legal practise discovered that the most important thing is not only to be ready to help people but also listen and dive into their live's stories. A good understanding of human interaction and control of situations under pressure combined with a creative mind for solving problems is my strength.

In these times of change, private business appears not to abate my interest in the events globally.

But in pursuit to explore new horizons and share my knowledge I am back in the field of public administration.
