About Joy
I started out wanting to be a Makeup Artist for film and TV. I studied all aspects of makeup artistry at a makeup school in Toronto Ca. Then I got the acting bug over 10 years ago working mostly in Community Theater, Independent and Student film. One of the films, titled 'August the First' did extremely well winning numerous awards.
A few years ago I turned my attention to writing. I've written 3 screenplays, have add Fiction writing to my resume, and a Memoir on my experiences as a Caregiver.
