Marcelo Ribeiro Carvalho graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree from the Film and Digital Media Program. With over 10 years experience in the film and digital media industry, he has been deeply involved in a variety of productions such as Blue Curtain, Twelve Past One, The Statue, Modele and Liberty. Marcelo was able to provide expertise enabling him to create the best from start to finish and getting films recognized at the Orlando Film Festival, Central Florida Film Festival, and Fort Lauderdale Film Festival.
Marcelo also worked in varieties of production houses in Central Florida as Director, Producer, and Editor. He’s delivered advertising campaigns for Disney Cruise lines, ESPN, Walt Disney Imagineering, Mizuno, Legoland, Brighthouse Networks and Varsity Cheerleading just to name a few. He also attends conventions such as American Film Market and NATPE to meet and collaborate with people from all around the world on production best practices and techniques.
With his passion, he founded Third Oak Productions in 2006 with the vision to create compelling media that communicates with global audiences. He has created high quality video productions ranging from TV Shows, Short Films, commercials, corporate productions and live productions. Born in New York, raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Miami, Florida; Marcelo has grown up with diversity. He is a husband to a beautiful wife, the youngest of 3 brothers and is active in physical fitness.
