Following a degree in singing with distinction from the Conservatory of Lausanne (professor Erika Bill Geiger), Larissa Rosanoff received a Master degree in opera singing at the HEM of the Conservatory of Geneva (professor Maria Diaconu) in 2014. She followed the masterclasses of Teresa Berganza, Guiseppe Sabbatini, Edda Moser, Patricia Petibon, Luisa Castellani, and Hedwig Fassebender.
In 2004 she enters the Geneva opera studio “Gioco Vocale” directed by P.E.Gamba, where she sings Sandmannchen in “Hansel und Gretel” (Humperdinck), Ilia from “Idomeneo”, Servilia from “La Clemenza di Tito”, Cherubino, then Susanna from “Le nozze di Figaro” (Mozart), Messagera from “Orfeo” (Monteverdi).
In 2008-10 she sang Fiordiligi from « Cosi fan tutti » (Mozart), Donna Elvira « Don Giovanni » (Mozart), Damigella « La liberazione di Ruggerio dall’isola d’Alcina” (Caccini), Virtu «L’incoronazione di Poppea » (Monteverdi), Aricie “Hippolyte et Aricie » (Rameau), Venus in “Chiaroscuro Partenopeo".
In 2011-12 she sang Annina (doubling Violetta) in Verdi’s “Traviata”, dir. Le Roy, Manon in “Manon” by Massenet, Frasquita in “Carmen” by Bizet, dir. Gafner, Micaela in “Carmen” by Bizet, dir. Marguier and Stephano in “Romeo et Juliette” by Gounod, dir. Le Roy.
In 2013-2015 she performed Fulvia in “Gladiator” in Geneva, Pamina in “Zauberflote” in Rome, Frasquita in “Carmen” in Rome, Papagena in “Zauberflote” in Rome, Sophie in “Werther” in Geneva, Clorinda in “La Cenerentola” in Fiorenzuola, Musetta at Taormina Opera Stars in Sicily.
Within the baroque music she sang as solist in Salve Regina (Scarlatti), Messiah (Handel), Christmas oratorio (Bach), Stabat Mater (Pergolese), Dixit Dominus (Handel), Passion St Jean (Bach).
Along with the baryton Sacha Michon she created the “Transsibirskaia” show that premiered at the Richard Wagner festival (“Les Salons” theater in Geneva) and is currently on tour till 2017. Since 2013 she’s solist at Operami company (www.operami.ch).
