I have worked in script and production roles for a diverse range of producers such as Ross Grayson Bell (Fight Club), Tony Ayres (The Slap - Matchbox Pictures/NBCU) and Liz Bronstein (Joe Millionaire, Whale Wars - Lizard Trading/Discovery Channel) on projects for both the Australian and international marketplace. I currently develop projects under the Horse Before Cart banner and am a previous winner of the Screen Development Australia national pitching competition.
Additionally, I have also worked extensively within Australian television in on-the-ground production roles for Shine Australia, Fremantle, Essential Media, Southern Star and Beyond and have credits in departments as diverse as sound, colour grading, production and scriptwriting/development ranging across drama, documentary and reality/factual.
I am currently completing my Master's degree in Screenwriting through the Australian Film, Television and Radio School. My academic work focusses on the intersection between Science Fiction and other companion genres - specifically the limitations of viewing Science Fiction as a stand-alone genre in regards to developing original screenplays and intellectual property.
