I have been in the film, TV and radio industries for more than 30 years.
I began in front of the cameras and behind the microphone but had skills and interest that were stronger. Skipping a nomination into the Air Force Academy (I used to want to fly planes!) and a full scholarship for Aerospace Engineering at Notre Dame, I took a different path to explore the world of entertainment behind the scenes and behind the revenue curtain, beginning at Universal Studios in the 80's and Columbia/Tri-Star Pictures (which later became Sony) in the 90's.
I have since mastered a rather complex tapestry of problem solving skills and can virtually navigate through every stormy personality and scenario imaginable; folding into a solid niche experience of production and corporate finance.
I enjoy what I do and consider myself a good forensic finanical superhero and tireless team player. Now having worked in both TV and Film, with major studios and Indie, as a Production Accountant, prep/wrap Accountant, Forensic Accountant, Production Auditor, Controller and as Executive Finance (Director, VP ), I come to the plate today as a powerful asset and a powerhouse of information. I dont know everything...but I do know alot!
I have a team spirit, good sense of humor (I got jokes!), loyalty, a meticulous nature and a solid understanding of how it all connects from the creative to the bottom line.
