Anthony R. Risen

I've lived a life full of adventures. From martial arts and cage fighting to
skateboarding and owning a skate shop with an indoor park, and touring nine
different states with my metal band. I'm also an active horseback rider and
archery enthusiast. I've experienced homelessness and success, all of which
has led me to the most creative art form I know: filmmaking. Escapism is my
driving force.

Writing and directing have become my passion, and I couldn't be happier with
the experiences that have led me here. With my unique life experiences, I have
fun ideas for the big screen that I'm excited to bring to life.

I have experience in every department and type of production, including
commercials, reality TV, build shows, documentaries, music videos, narrative
films, and everything in between. I have worked on a wide range of projects,
from small-scale productions to major ventures. In fact, one of my projects
was optioned for $30 million at one point.

I've worked with companies like ; Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Nickelodeon, MTV,
Subaru, EA Sports, Discovery Channel, BET+ and so many more!

Despite my extensive experience, I remain passionate about learning and
growing as a filmmaker. I find fulfillment in every aspect of the filmmaking
process and am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills.

I'm drawn to darker action, horror, and fantasy-based projects,

I grew up watching Harry Potter, Star Wars, Lord of The Rings and am
drawn to shows like The Witcher, Locke & Key, The Peacemaker, The
Boys, and even the new Are You Afraid of the Dark series represent my style
well, but I can adapt to any project as long as the characters are unique and
the story is worth telling.
