The blank page is the worst thing a writer can experience in his early career. Too many ideas or not enough, Tim Robins doesn't know what to do with this ordeal that he hasn't been able to get through for some time, until Eve and her boyfriend Kevin arrived. A couple of sociopaths on the run who have decided to take refuge in Tim's home, but it is of no consequence to the writer now, the main character in one of his own stories. Nothing more to lose when it comes to survival, especially when reality tastes much more bitter than fiction.
Hard to escape when you get caught red handed by your boss. A complicated conversation between Clean and Marvin. Extract from the novel Ingy Boy, written by Casey Bawler.
No one could tell. Was he real or was it just another scary tale for the kids to make them eat their vegetables? One thing is for sure, his actions were real enough to make them all go home and lock their doors before 6pm. If not, the next morning, half of your corpse was the only thing left from you. But James Mowi, the grandson of the old town farmer, after the murder of his father, wants to discover who is behind all of this. Here we are, the night has come for James to get outside and face the truth.
LOGLINE: It is with a towel in his mouth and tied to a chair that Phil, a fickle young salesman, will realize a mistake that could be fatal to him forever if it is revealed in the daylight. Written & directed by Louis Thierry EVA Camera: François MBONO SAMBAH MEDJO (aka Sambah THE SOWER) Assistant director: Mathilde DOUCET Soud: Quentin HÉRAULT Make up: Anais ALIEL Musique: The Flatters - Only You (I do not own the rights of this song)
Twenty years of serious, hard and painful work in a computer software company, James is dismissed by his new young boss for being too old school. What a mistake since the man is really skilled at his work. Aversed to this situation, he decides to prove to the young man and in the hardest way, what he can do behind any computer. A deadly trial, mostly when you mess with an IT genius, who knows what he can easily do with your life online.
We pray we work, we're trying hard to survive in this deep weird neighborhood, but it's harder than it seems to be, since everyone is hiding a dead corpse in their closet. But James, a young cop from Minneapolis in order to find out what happened to his dead buddy's wife, is sure determined to bring the light in this too calm but really scary place.
Cop or not? A gun on the nose and trust between two mafia colleagues is shaken by a lie too real not to be ignored. The face of truth is often far from being the one that is most appreciated, especially when it has a word that is perpetually true. Don't be fooled by appearances... Or yes, but you're going to need a lot more than one sense to get the truth out of the false.
