Nala Prince, Jerome Wesley, and Ashton Purdue comprise an inter-racial love triangle. Nala and Ashton were separated after Yale, due to Katherine's, Ashton's mother's behind-the-scenes manipulations. Katherine had a personal agenda to ensure that history did not repeat itself. A decade later, Nala and Jerome are involved in a turbulent relationship. Now Ashton has moved to LA, determined to win back Nala’s Heart, by any means necessary.
