LOGLINE: An existential conversation between two teenagers, while in altered states.

SYNOPSIS:

Two teenagers sit in a field. Emotionally overwhelmed, they speak of life and death. Will they meet minds?

Well, i am no expert but, I like what you have here. To me the concept is interesting and i like where you are going with it, but I am also somewhat concerned about the logline. This may be just me mixing up rules or expectations between genres, but I was informed that loglines had to follow a format similar to this:

When [INCITING INCIDENT OCCURS], a [SPECIFIC PROTAGONIST] must [OBJECTIVE], or else [STAKES].

Now, if there are exceptions to this format, I would be interested in hearing them but otherwise, I am not sure how well this will work if there is no exception to the formatting.
