Official reports point to a tragic but justified use of force by Officers Brett Taylor and Tom Wilson, yet inconsistencies in the evidence raise red flags Kevin can’t ignore.

Meanwhile, Victor Powers, a disgraced former LAPD officer and self-proclaimed conspiracy theorist, is convinced the shooting is part of something far darker. Haunted by his past and alienated from the department he once served, Victor launches a one-man, vigilante war against his former brothers in blue—putting him on a violent collision course with Kevin and the FBI.
