Thedore is the founder and the chief creative officer of a startup independent film Productions company name Rain Productions, as a writer and producer, Thedore has helmed the short urban action called JUSTICE the Pilot has won best director, best action, and best screenplay in Washington D.C. film feast. The Ideal were later brought and aired on United Paramount Network (UPN) and later moved to -TNT- Broadcast. And will follow that project up with the company's first full length feature coming of age action drama entitle; Once Upon A Time in Boy’s Town. Thedore also wrote, produced and directed 10 episodes of a cable access talk show called how to be successful, and in 1986 thedore attended the local Hong Kung filmmaking seminar. In 1987 Thedore attended Prince George community College majoring in Television and films. After leaving the Community College in 1991. In 1992 to 1993 Thedore collaborated on his first 70’s style hora short film, called Demented as an Asst-Director, choreographer & stunt coordinator. Thedore began working with numerous of independent productions company’s in his local geographic area of D.M.V. (DC, Maryland and Virginal) operating in various positions. In 1995, Johnson was invited to be the assist Production Coordinator for the "C-4 Foundation for two different marathon events that went into production. In 1996 thedore was invited to work on two weapons sparring training tape with Up All Night Productions.
In 1997 Thedore was invited by a classmate to work on his final project called the Triad Encounter, lending his skills in Pre- production, choreography, stunt coordinator and acting. The short film receive press in both the Washington post and the Asian times.
Thedore Received his Certifications as a field Producer, and television broad casting. In 2010 thedore received his Film Degree and Certification from Los Angles Film School. In 2013 Thedore was accepted into D.C. Professional. A network of esteem Indie film Producers.
