SYNOPSIS:

Two years after a genetically modified penguin escapes into the woods, Chief Forest Ranger Roy George is put in charge of locating the President's lost daughter, in spite of his inability to follow through on things. Initially, he focuses on the girl--ignoring reports of a large predator roaming the area--but after a 20-foot mutant penguin attacks at the 4th of July picnic, the Forest Service hires a grizzled hunter (Forster) to help out Roy and the other rangers. Once they're in the forest, they find the President's daughter and half a dozen other misfits. But Forster refuses to abandon the hunt for the creature, so it's up to Roy to figure out a way to save the day...or rely on dumb luck, like always...
