SYNOPSIS:

The Preacherman tells the story of a Pastor from London that is dispatch from London to the town of Port Chalmers, New Zealand, upon arrival Jacob is welcome by the political leaders welcoming with love, days later Jacob is invited to dinner by a few of the elders, Jacob tells the elders that is wife is coming very soon, as the elders gets privy to her being a African black, later the elders devise a plot to kill him, the run earthed emotional undercurrents and churning intensity in the story of a man of God's quest to spread the gospel in the recently colonized New Zealand wilderness of Victorian times. Sarah Halliday and her companion Dimas, the blind black wife of Jacob Halliday (Preacherman) is on the vessel Margaret Galbraith making her journey from Port Chalmers in London. The strong-willed Sarah and Dimas find themselves in the New Zealand wilderness, imported wife of Jacob Halliday. Upon arrival Sarah immediately finds hostile, anger towns people torching he town square immediately. As pent-up emotions of fear and desire swirl around all two characters, the savage wilderness begins to consume the tiny European enclave. Sarah and Dimas finds refuse on the dock as the horrid events unfold, both them navigates through the streets to the square, at their uncanny timing both of them here`s shouting in the square kill the preacher husband blazing in front of the square.
