Trapped in a basement after an apocalyptic earthquake, a grieving wife fights off a horde of parasitic monsters, unaware that her God-fearing husband has already decided her fate.

SYNOPSIS:

Civilization has collapsed. Overtaken by an infestation of mutated parasites, most of humanity has become a horde of shambling corpses.

Married couple Parker and Caroline are members of a small group of survivors. While out scavenging for supplies, a series of immense earthquakes traps them in a warehouse basement. As they struggle to free themselves, a swarm of the undead monsters senses them and surrounds their underground prison.

They hold on to the futile hope that their friends will arrive in time to dig them out. But as the minutes tick by, the strain of their predicament leads to a devastating confrontation that uncovers their darkest secrets.
