In the present-day Italian enclave of Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. The remnants of a Mafia family struggle to survive and conduct business. A washed up musician and younger member of the family, Johnny Ricardo, starts a feud with the Russian Mob. It's up to him and his cousin, Tony, to clean up their mess. Unbeknownst to older members of the family, things seem to fall further and further into chaos as Tony and Johnny succumb to their vices.
