LOGLINE:

Washington D.C's. Cable-TV "Wayne's World" has a WKRP am-radio station. Both have no shame because their all-volunteers have no talent. They are professional unprofessional disaster "artists." Based on my own experience volunteering there for twenty years.

SYNOPSIS:

From D.C.'s own TV-Dracula, Count Gore DeVol, to their MST-3000 ripoff, "Monster Madhouse," this cable-TV station knows no shame because its volunteers have no talent. Add Ed Wood self-productions to a WKRP-style amateurish amateur-run radio station, and the only thing left to go wrong, is to bring in D.C. and local politicians for disastrous diabolical diatribe.
