Thinking he's a winner and on his way to a stable retirement, complication arise when the naive lonely man discovers he was set up and the building will cost him over $70,000 a year in negative cash flow. When all seems lost, Jack turns to his derranged caddie, Eggie Hooper and moves him into the buidling as manager. Through a series of hilarious turns and events, Jack discovers love with his most difficult tenant, revenge with his rich cronie and Eggie, the self confidence and respect he always seeked.


Days of Glory

Maureen and Tammy, two young female pilots from the mid-west meet while on their way to joining the WASP's (Women Airforce Service Pilots) training program at Midland, Texas during WW2.  Becoming the best of friends, they think nothing of the risks and long hours of flying fighters and bombers to the Amercan's coasts each day if it will bring American men home from the war that much sooner.  While we experience their joys and defeats...  only one of them makes it through to the end of the war.

While a true story, similar to "A League of their Own", this one involves P-51 fighters instead of baseball bats. This is the last true WW2 story yet to be brought to the screen.
