SYNOPSIS:
Following the public death of a dangerously troubled man, two FBI agents arrive in a small town in the Appalachian mountains to figure out why no one has been put away for the crime. The townsfolk, who are less than thrilled to see federal agents strolling through town, conspire together to keep the identity of the murderer a secret. Underneath it all, the death of the executed man haunts various members of the town, making them question their decision--and their morality.

I think you should add the story goal (what the agents try to accomplish) and the stakes in the logline.
It says "two FBI agents arrive in a small town in the Appalachian mountains to figure out why no one has been put away for the crime" in the synopsis. Maybe the story goal is the agents figuring out who the murderer(s) is.
