Two con-artist hipsters find themselves locked inside a retirement home and must find an escape before they're killed by geriatric vampires.

Synopsis:

Hannah Chen and David Whaite, two hipsters straight from a Silverlake google search, visit a remote retirement home in rural Washington State. They claim to be visiting their aunt, but secretly they aim to swindle a senile senior out of money: Hannah and David are con-artists.

They set their sights on Doris Johnston, possibly the sweetest old lady on earth, and convince her that they are related. Tugging at her heartstrings, the couple concoct a story of how they are expecting a child but due to Hannah's rare medical condition, they are in dire need of money for medical bills or the child will die.

The con works, and the prize is large, to say the least. There is only one catch: they have to stay the night in the retirement home before the money can be transferred. The couple accept.

All seems on track, but in the middle of the night, Hannah stumbles upon a mutilated corpse in the hallway, its jugular torn out. Someone, or some thing, is inside and clearly out for blood. Once David and Hannah realize they've been locked inside the building, they discover that the tables have been turned. They are actually the targets in a much more insidious plot, one that goes back centuries.
