Annie Rhodes Kane

Annie Rhodes Kane is a film director and screenwriter based out of Los Angeles, California. What began as a passion for photography transitioned into dreams of filmmaking after making a short film in New York City. This film opened up a conversation with her grandmother that nobody had ever had with her. Realizing that her work could spark a dialogue and positively resonate with someone, Annie was hooked. She moved to Los Angeles to get a jumpstart on her career while completing her undergraduate degree online. During this time, she worked with clients such as RSA Films, Sony Music and Red Bull to name a few. Seeking a deeper understanding of her craft and a community of likeminded filmmakers, Annie began earning her MFA in Film Production at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts at the top of 2020. Annie seeks to create compelling stories that dig at ignored people and aspects of society in order to spark a revolutionary dialogue across cultures.
