By Neil Alexander

GENRE: Thriller / Suspense, Horror
LOGLINE:

A lonely girl with impossible Tulpa pals are in a race to find a missing box and a missing boy before a cracking serial killer cuts his way through a small town to find them first. It’s a fairy tale that doesn’t know it’s a horror story.

SYNOPSIS:

SYNOPSIS

A box gets stolen. A box belonging to a serial killer with a savage mission. A mission to make the ignored children be noticed, by taking them away. The missing box holds clay figures molded around pulled teeth of the victims. Mementos of kills to be kept hidden in plain sight. Just like the killer themselves.

To get their precious property back the killer will become more desperately brutal, breaking their own rules as their reality and psyche begins to fracture. All the while they have a new victim stashed away and waiting their return to the kill room.

Violet is an invisible girl to her parents and classmates. She longs for a friend to see her. She gets her wish in the form of a 3-foot excitable cartoonish wolf boy and his other weird friends that only she and the killer can see…Tulpas. Conscious thought forms made from the sorrow, pain, and memories that are left behind when a child is taken. Creatures made in the mind and in the Sorrow Box.

Violet and her Tulpa friends must use their outlandish skills to find the missing boy before the killer of children finds her and the box.

Caught up in the search for the box and the boy are ignored teens who are hunting the killer of their brother and two outcast cops, an old drunk has-been and too eager rookie, who discover decades of old missing children cases hidden from the public. The teens will have to face a darkness in themselves and struggle with the lust for bloody vengeance as the cops battle with each other and a corrupt mayor that is holding down a town’s conspiracy for his own ends.

They are all tied together, and all will be broken by the Sorrow Box.
