About Anna

Award winning actor, writer and film director. Anna joined up with Peter Sands to form VisionFire Films Inc and together they've produced five award winning films which have also sold to TV. They currently have two feature films on their slate.

Anna started working in Film and Television in Sydney while studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Art. Her acting career and British/Irish roots took her to England where she worked at the Royal Court Theatre, The Roundhouse and prestigious Repertory Theatres throughout Britain. In New York Anna played leading roles on stage and Television before relocating to Los Angeles where she works as a filmmaker, actor and playwright. She produced and wrote the award winning films: Coming Into Money, the Red Scarf and Chasing Chekhov which was based on her oft produced play.
Anna's latest play has had readings in NYC and LA and plans are now in motion for a production.
She's also working on a screenplay for a feature film to direct.
Memberships: British Academy of Film & Television Arts, SAG-AFTRA, AEA, the Dramatists Guild of America; Film Independent.
