I'm curious what they pay their artists. Its great for people without families. But if you have a family there are a lot of other factors that impact you like college funds, retirement, travel expenses living far from extended family. If they pay well, offer benefits, have great schools.. AND its paradise.. now we're talking.

Those are great points Jackie Tarascio The way I think it is set up the companies involved with this initiative are already vending to the world and have their budgets that their employees are already accustomed to. They should be able to receive the same amount that they would normally charge, but now their government will be subsidizing half the budget back to the client that enlists their services. This is going on in other countries and it helps their citizens get decent jobs, kinda like the tax breaks in Georgia and other states.
