Anything Goes : Job promise that was met with silence by Katherine Blessan

Hi guys,

I applied for a job advertised on Stage 32 with a company called My Story Animated. I contacted them initially and their initial email was full of promises. Submit a 5000 word script following X style (of sample given) and if they like it you'll get paid $800 if accepted and $200 even if they don't want it. I looked up the company on YouTube and they seemed to be a genuine company publishing animations for young people and the email address used matched the one listed on YouTube. However, I submitted my script within 8 days of this email and heard absolutely nothing back. I have politely chased it two times but got zilch. They should not be promising money if they're not going to give it, so I am a bit miffed. Does anyone else have any experience with My Story Animated? I was thinking about 'shaming them' on the job listing itself, but I don't want to do that if there's been a genuine mistake or oversight.
