Have you ever received backlash about the content of your film when seeking grants? If so, what was the complication or conflict of interest? Have you found grants elsewhere that support your film's vision?

Hmmm. #1, I have neither sought nor received grants for any of my projects. #2, If I did, I certainly wouldn't care about backlash - unless I am writing a piece of approved propaganda for some funder. Which I don't - one of the reasons I don't seek grants.
