Starting off the year strong, I am proud to announce today our M&A deal at BondIt & Buffalo 8 with MEP (Variety Article) as an exciting new chapter in expanding our portfolio and capabilities across all our BondIt and Buffalo 8 divisions including:
BondIt Debt Financing (website), which finances 50 film/tv/media projects per year by lending against minimum guarantees, pre-sales, licensing contracts, and tax credits
* Recently, the BondIt-financed adaptation of the popular children’s book Fing! starring Taika Waititi premiered at Sundance last month
* We are proud to return as a financing partner for the 2026 Elements Music & Arts Festival in August
* We are continuing our decades-long participation in the LA Marathon to benefit our longtime charity partner, Teen Cancer America
Our Buffalo 8 Division, which has been involved in notable projects like Woman of the Hour BlacKkKlansman, Clerks III, Emmy-winner Street Gang: How We Got To Sesame Street, Conversations with a Killer: Jeffrey Dahmer, and the newly released Academy-Award-nominated short film The Singers
* Development / executive producer services (Buffalo 8 EP) if your project has not yet secured a viable path to greenlight / financing
* Post-production (Buffalo 8's website & latest reel here) if your project is in prep or production and needing a post-bid
* Distribution (Buffalo 8 Distribution website) if you have completed film/TV projects
* Our newly launched Music Division (Buffalo 8 Music) is available for composed scores, songs, clearances/licensing, wrap/deliverables; and for publishing, soundtracks and creating additional revenue streams for you to monetize globally

Congratulations on the expansion and the M&A milestone that’s a strong way to start the year.
It’s impressive to see a vertically integrated model that supports projects from financing through post and distribution. That kind of infrastructure is increasingly important in today’s market, especially as independent creators look for clear pathways to greenlight.
