Hi, I'm Julio from Madrid, Spain. I'm 39 years old, Med School graduate with a passion for film and the process of filmmaking. I 've been watching movies since I was a kid I'm trying my hand on writing my first script. As a newbie/FNG/rookie or whatever you wanna call it I beg forgiveness for any outrageous stuff I might do or say due to my complete lack of knowledge and experience in this business (haha)
Some people may wonder:'what's a Med School grad doing here?' I ask myself:'Why the hell did I go to Med School in the first place?' I don't know.At the time it seemed like a good idea! Hated it fromthe first day, was a mediocre student, just disciplined enough to get by. Poor grades limited my job perspectives (goodbye, cool brain surgery) ,though so far I 've been able to scrape a living. But old dreams die hard and I have always dreamed of working in the movie business.

Good combo, Julio. I've written medical thrillers (so far unpublished/unproduced) and like to read and watch stories that are scientifically well-grounded. It makes them more credible. Best wishes for success. It worked for Michael Crichton!
