Hey there, I my name is Valentin or Vale for short. I'm an actor /screenwriter who grew up in Australia and I now live in Croatia. I'm glad I finally found a platform other than FB where I can connect with fellow creatives. I have just completed writing my first feature film screenplay which will soon go into production. Hey Joel, I actually wrote hopefully then deleted it, I guess I should have left it there. I'm just trying to be super optimistic. Saying that though my co creator and I are pretty confident this thing will happen and with a bit of luck this year.

Welcome Vale: Congratulations in writing your first feature film! You have an interesting background. I'm assuming Croatian is your nationality and you're returning to your roots?. Has it healed and restructured since the Bosnian war? It must be a lot different than Australia? I hope you find inspiration there.

Thanks Gloria! You're right I am Croatian. The war finished here 30 years ago and its a very safe place to live. One of the safest in the world. I live in a beautiful old city called Zadar and I have centred my screenplay around it. I am very inspired by the natural beauty, history, people and culture. I thought my acting opportunities might dry up here but the opposite has occurred. It's much better than Oz.
