Hey everyone!
I’m Emmanuel Jomy, an aspiring screenwriter from India. I write because I love entertaining people—making them feel, connect, and sometimes even sit quietly with the emotions and sorrows of a story. For me, writing isn’t just about telling stories, but also about learning something from them.
Right now, I’m working on a sci-fi thriller, a crime thriller, an action thriller, and developing a few new ideas along the way. Still learning, still growing.
The picture I’ve posted is from my completed short film project, The Beauty of Love in Silence.
It tells the story of the love between a broken sergeant who returns from war paralyzed, and his wife—exploring how love survives, changes, and speaks even when words and movement fail.
I’m new to Stage 32, and I joined this platform to learn, share ideas, discuss storytelling, and grow in the kinds of subjects and worlds I want to explore. I genuinely hope to collaborate with directors and fellow filmmakers in the future and bring some of these stories to life.
Looking forward to connecting with you all.
Hope everyone has an amazing day. Cheers!

Hope you sell your script, Emmanuel Jomy! You could post your script on your profile. Producers search profiles for projects. That and networking are how I sold four short scripts to a producer. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also post your script on your profile this way: www.stage32.com/loglines (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”)
I suggest registering your script with the Copyright Office where you live before you post it online, but it depends on the copyright laws in your country. You might not need to register your scripts. And you're 15, so your parents or guardians might need to register your script for you. I suggest checking with the Copyright Office in your country.
