Hello everyone, I had medical issues and was away for a while. I send greetings to all my friends on Stage 32 and to all others with whom I hope to become friends..
I decided to reduce the size of my five-series sci-fi screenplay to four series and to rename it Zeeka and the Zombies. I did so because I have seen that agents only want to read 120 pages.
I hope I am doing the right thing.

Renaming your project to Zeeka and the Zombies sounds like a sharp move—it's punchy and genre-clear. And trimming your series to fit the 120-page norm? That’s smart too. Most reps and contests won’t even touch something longer without a proven track record.
As long as your story still hits the emotional and narrative beats you intended, you are doing the right thing. Streamlining doesn’t mean compromising—it means leveling up. Keep pushing forward! reducing a five-series screenplay down to four and renaming it? Smart. But also, be aware:
Agents don’t read “series of screenplays.”
If this is really a serialized story, pitch it as a limited series. That’s what streamers are buying.

Thank you, James Brown, for your excellent advice. I do appreciate every word you said. On 30th September, 2025, ZEEKA AND THE ZOMBIES was selected as a finalist in the 13Horror.com Film & Screenplay Contest.
