Currently working hard to pitch both my full-length screenplays and TV Pilot scripts.
In the former category: have a quirky comedy that's been optioned twice and might (fingers crossed) be getting a purchase offer in the coming months; and also my first attempt at a Hallmark-like Christmas movie (with an original song!) that's currently being read by two well-known TV movie directors and a couple of production houses.
And in the latter category: a contemporary urbanized spin-off of a 1950-60's western TV series with a sympathetic "MeToo" lead role that at least 3 actresses in L.A. are eager to commit to; and also a very unique TV superhero pilot (a Top 50 Finalist in this year's Cinequest competition) that is being covered at two different literary agencies.
I fully realize that these things take time, so just trying to remain patient. In the meantime, continuing to network and reach out wherever and to whomever I can (in addition to Stage 32, IMDB Pro is another great tool for this!)
Good luck to everyone!
