I bought a one-year subscription on the day of my graduation and I went ahead and downloaded Creative Cloud. However, I found that it would only give me trial periods for the apps, saying that I have to buy the apps separately, either getting a one app plan or the complete package. I called the company and fixed some of the confusion regarding my account, but it's still telling me that I have to start a trial and I am thoroughly confused. Does anyone know why it's telling me this? I really don't understand why I would have to pay for Creative Cloud and use of the actual apps separately.

If you have log in info for Adobe Cloud, or registration info for your purchase, go ahead and start the free trial, and then register. Your documentation should be in emails from Adobe
I'm not quite sure how to register.
Never mind. I called the company and it's working now. Apparently it was a problem with my account. Thanks anyway!
