I'm new and like all of you other writers, looking to get one of my screenplays represented & produced. This screenplay has won 80+ Film Festival writing awards to date. "Being king in your own world can lead to fire from the skies." 12 year old Gerald has a hard time dealing with the divorce of his parents so he has created a fantasy world in his art that is very real to him, where he is King Gerald and the peace is held in the lands by colorful, powerful dragons. He has the evil step-mother as well as a princess of the Fire Flies, Helena, the girl next door. The magic is powerful, but not powerful enough to keep his life fully in-tact. The story intertwines with his real world and that of his Mystical Times as the characters too transit between his two worlds like The Wizard Of Oz.
