Hi everyone!
Quick question for those who’ve been on Stage 32 longer than me:
Do executives, producers, or reps usually respond when they read a logline or a written pitch here?
I’m curious to know how often outreach or feedback happens on the platform, and what your experience has been.
Thanks!

Hi, Philippe Jeanneteau. I sold four short scripts by posting them on my profile (plus networking). I've also gotten feedback from writers, directors, etc. on my loglines and scripts.
Here's some of the Pitch Session success stories and other success stories: www.stage32.com/scriptservices/success-stories

Thanks a lot, Maurice — that’s super helpful!
I really appreciate you sharing your experience.
It’s encouraging to know that posting projects and engaging with the community can actually lead to real connections.
I’ll definitely keep improving my profile and networking here.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

I've been here nearly fifteen years and execs aren't looking at loglines. They are overwhelmed by the pile of scripts in their slush pile already. They are pulling from reps and writers that come recommended to them.
On places like here, you're more likely to get noticed by an actor or director in the early stages of their career, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The pitching is different. With that, you're getting in industry member's faces.

It is a very small club.
