Screenwriting : Hey guys! Who would want to help me write my debut movie screen script? by Isabel Soto

Hello everyone! I am a high school student that loves writing and telling compelling stories.

I am currently making a docuseries about the scouting world in my group and around the world, but I want more than that.

I have always wanted to make something that would change people's minds. There are so many issues that have to be addressed, like global warming, social issues, the water crisis, the dependency that humans are having on technology, and how some people believe that they are superior to others because of their customs. These issues are things that need to be urgently addressed, and I want to be that agent of change that expresses the urgency of the matters at hand.

I want to make a movie about a post-apocalyptic world, set in the south of my country, Chile, where a girl must try to take down the machine that is looking to finally kill all humans on the surface of the earth, while she herself has to live with one of the androids who seeks to take her life away. This idea came to my mind when I was 13, and I have not stopped thinking about the potential that this can have.

I also have in mind adapting one of my favorite books to a movie script (the name will remain hidden until I have someone that is fully into the project). This book is also post-apocalyptic, but it also has a glimpse of hope in it.

I deeply wish that someone is willing to work with me, even at my short age (16 years old) and with my childish thoughts. It would be world-changing for me to have another fellow creative in the same projects that I love. I have so many ideas to share, but they need feedback too.

So, I just hope that you will take my word that, even with my tight schedule, between school, my docuseries, and my personal plans, I will be 100% into the project that we decide is worth the work.
