Plan and practice, practice, practice! With a plan that you have rehearsed enough times you will be confident in your delivery because you will know that you have hit all of the points you want to in your pitch, within the time allowed. If you're pitching to an executive via Stage 32 pitch sessions, try to see if you can get your pitch down to 5-6 minutes so there is time at the end for the executive to ask questions.
Practice in front of people. Practice in front of the mirror. Practice on a zoom call. Just practice. Even when you know your story, logline, one sheet, pitch deck and bible inside out, in my experience, the nerves can make you go blank! Practice! Good luck!
Take a shower before you go, dress accordingly, be courteous, avoid being combative, be prepared and just be yourself. Enjoy the process - and yes, take the bottled water.
