Possible names for the film: (1) Humor and Thoughts (2) The World of Inventions:
Narrator + titles: According to official history the world evolved from times AD to the Roman Empire to Persian Empire etc. then eventually to the less war era 1800's where perception of God’s recording of one's deeds was considered folklore, tales and superstition, which also came along with the then controversial theories of black holes claiming to do just about the same. Up came Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1816 then scientist, said he can "freeze time" of all subjects, with his invention the camera!Scene: Crowd gathered and scientist (Joseph Nicéphore Niépce)
Scientist: Does anyone then, volunteer's?
Mature male person in crowd: Art thou claiming to that of God young man and thou dost able to record time?
Other person in crowd “Thoughts of God and records of deeds are all superstition any adventure!
Arguments: “Does not matter he doth claimeth of feats that of the supernatural, that if done on earth wilt bring about “the end”!
Scientist: I will prove thus.. adjusts himself…”camera Flash”, Produces photo.
Male member of the crowd: Huh “gasp”..”Witchcraft”;;;he is son of the devil!
Conversation in the crowd: Let’s all leave and fleeeee, God has wrought the end for our sins!
Scientist: It’s just science! (proudly, expressively)
Man in the crowd faints (persons catches & rest him gently on floor…)

The story continues...
Q; How in ideas would YOU write, re-write, not write, edit, continue the story etc.?

Sure right Rebecca James!! Undeniably though, all factors that were (best description) basically in occurrences at the time of invention of the camera! (Dramatic comedic voice) As creatives! WE-ARE-ALL-CAPABLE-OF-WRESTLING-OCTOPUSES! :)

Sorry, I'm lost. Maybe showing ny age!?
Bingo Jed Power! let’s deal with the so called age factor and our young people. The then young scientist (can’t recall his age) proved entire belief patterns and theories all wrong. It’s why I included the line from “The mature male in the crowd”, probably the pinnacle of pride, status, the then education and intellect to be proven wrong by the young scientist, encouraging “the voice of our young people” and of course anyone in general!

Eon C. Rambally , Have you seen MEGALOPOLIS? The protagonist has "divine" the power to stop time. But that power never seems to cohere with the main theme of decadence leading to the end of civilization and the protagonists vision of Utopia.

Robin Gregory, have not seen it as yet, but understand the direction intended. How best then would you describe hypothesize or apply the issue of decadence at the mentioned era late 1700s - early 1800s invention of the camera time in history, since it is not emphasized and defined in history books etc. (best recollection) therefore visualizing and perception difficult in many aspects?

Eon C. Rambally , I'd love to hear your and everyone's thoughts on METROPOLIS. Did you know it's directly influenced by a 1927 German film of the same title, directed by Fritz Lang?

The 1927 version was also panned by critics. And it lost money. H.G. Wells called it "silly." But now it's considered one of the greatest and most influential films of all time. Ha! Ain't that typical?

Hey! nice concepts Eon C. Rambally ! It would be interesting if the scientist was also a man of god, but his kind of god, separate from the religious dogmatism and fear of the time. It would be interesting if he believed that black holes were in fact the devil and by flashing the light of a camera at someone, it would forever save their soul and thus their existence. Thereby painting the camera as a time capsule that humanity would rely on to continue to exist and evolve beyond the dark forces of a black hole. :)
Robin Gregory, I remember seeing that 1927 film some time ago, thanks for posting it! This makes Megalopolis even more interesting to see and therefore notes, in storyline “Even with that amount of power to control or "stop time" to still be defeated by circumstances"!. Funny thing though that 1927 film took place not long after the invention of the camera and my story concept. Gives an idea how thoughts, concepts and mind sets, were back then in history and does give ideas to decadence issues !

Rose Willow, excellent theme! Maybe that could have been part of his concepts if being “A man of God” or simply put “a good guy” with good intentions. Lets asses what he would have had to put up with, hence the reason I included the line from "Male member of the crowd: Huh “gasp”..”Witchcraft”;;;he is son of the devil! ". Maybe it was stigmatism (using modern terms) and their egos speaking and not an honest belief. In other words that person would been so accustomed making negative statements it was just another prideful gesture on his part.
