I have been pitching my scripts off and own for over 10 years and have not gotten anything sold. I have been a co-writer for a director/writer's independent film that won a San Diego Independent film award in 2015. However; I am still struggling to get my own scripts sold or financed into where they can be made into feature films. I am also working on a 5 movie mini-series in which I want to get sold or financed as soon as possible. There are so many roadblocks and I just want to know the best steps. I've tried many that didn't work , However; I am willing to try some again if it's a chance I can get a better outcome.

Congratulations on being the co-writer for a director/writer's independent film and the movie winning a San Diego Independent film award, Ramona Frye!
I think the best ways to find a manager or agent are networking, building a portfolio of strong projects, and winning/placing in screenwriting contests that get your work in front of agents and managers, like Stage 32's contests (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/contests).

Hi Ramona Frye - Pitching to Execs here at Stage32 might be helpful. You can read up on the execs who are available to see if they are currently working on similar projects to what you have to offer. If they match, you can pitch them over zoom or written pitch. Not knowing your pitch strategy over the last decade, (and being admittedly new to all this myself), I can't comment on what the missing ingredient has been. But if your work is solid, and you pitch execs who are looking for the kind of projects you have written, that might be a solid bet. Good luck!

Patrick is right in what he's saying. Remember they want you to knock their socks off. They want you to have the next great idea and offer it to them.
