I had seen this previously and in particular was BLOWN AWAY by "Take This Lollipop" which when you see it makes you realize how available your Facebook page is yet it's so engaging you have to keep watching. THIS is what audience immersion is about. "Alma, a Tale of Violence" is also visually amazing though difficult to watch due to the subject matter (violence). Overall I thought "Welcome to Pine Point" is VERY creative. The points about building community and levels of interactivity are crucial and have also been brought up by both Nuno Bernardo and Rob Pratten in their books on Transmedia Storytelling. For any that are reading this, it's VERY important to become familiar with Conducttr which is the ultimate tool for development, distribution and marketing of a transmedia franchise.
