Sam Phillips (Lee MacDonald, "Zammo"- Grange Hill) is selling cleaning materials door to door as part of a prisoner rehabilitation programme. One door he approaches has been left open and all is quiet inside. There is no one home and the door is open, maybe he should check all is okay. The Downton family are a well off, close knit family. Jo "Titch" (Julie Grant) rushes out of the house to pick up her exam results and fails to shut the door properly. When she comes home she thinks an intruder may be upstairs. The decisions she now makes will impact the rest of her life. She may be a great student but 'A' grades don't make for the sharpest knife in the real world.
