This is great. It makes me question myself as to why, when building a legal case I use a 'whiteboard' yet when writing a script I feel I must retain it all in my head. Guess I feel writing it out may lose some of the magic.
Thank you Pam. I don't plan my story as a legal case but let creative elements guide me along so I never really know where I'm going or how I'll finish up. I guess its the way I've also written my books. But as I'm getting to the end I pull in all the threads to give me my finish.
Nice job - I have found Blake Snyder's approach to screenwriting (Save the Cat) and his ideas around "the Board" helpful. It may be formulaic but if the formula works...
